About JACK

Bought once. Used daily.

JACK is a small, deliberately short catalogue of useful things — kitchen, home, tech, pets and gifts — sold at prices that do not need justifying.

Why this shop exists

JACK started with a simple frustration: finding one genuinely useful thing meant opening five tabs, comparing five listing pages written by nobody in particular, and still not knowing whether it would show up. We wanted one place where the products are chosen on purpose and the price is the price.

So that is what this is. Not the biggest shop — the one you can actually decide in.

How we choose what we sell

Every product has to earn its place. It has to do a job someone actually has, be made well enough to keep, and be priced so that owning it is not a decision you agonise over. If it only exists to be photographed, it does not get listed.

That is also why the catalogue stays short and moves slowly. We add things when they are worth adding, not because a calendar says it is time for a new drop.

Where the products come from

We buy from supplier partners rather than running our own warehouse. That is how a small shop can offer kitchen, home, tech, pets and gifts without charging department-store prices — and it is why delivery times vary by product and destination, confirmed at checkout before you pay.

We would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

What we do not do

  • No countdown timers, fake stock counters or “only 2 left” pressure.
  • No invented “was” prices to make a discount look bigger than it is.
  • No emailing you three times a week because a funnel told us to.

Shopping with confidence

  • Free shipping worldwide on every order, no minimum spend.
  • Secure hosted checkout with prices shown in GBP.
  • Order confirmation, then tracking details, as it moves.
  • Any problem, reply to your order email — it reaches us directly.
