Shipping & returns

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we deliver to. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge added at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and by product, and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation, followed by tracking details when your parcel is on its way.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will put it right.
